When I tried loading the forms in my Sharepoint list I got a strange "Sign in to start using PowerApps" notification. Everything was ok when setting up the 3 custom forms in PowerApps. In the afternoon, I set up the same thing all over again for my "go-live" list.

I created custom forms on a trial list yesterday morning and everything was working fine after Saving and Publishing from Powerapps - I could open any of the custom forms for New, Edit, View.
